Brivis, an ISO 9000 certified company, is the number one gas ducted central heating system in New Zealand and is also the market leader in Australia where Brivis has been designing and manufacturing both heating and cooling systems for more than 40 years.
Gas ducted central heating fills the entire house with warm air, so both you and the house are comfortable all over. It does this by slowly drawing all the air out of the house through a centrally located return air duct and passing it through a heater before returning it to the house by a network of smaller ducts.
This air is then reintroduced through floor or ceiling outlets at the outer edges of the house. From there it slowly makes its way back to the return air duct to start the cycle over again. The whole process is under your control, automatically.
Central heating isn’t just more comfortable, it’s also healthier. There are no sudden temperature changes from room to room. The air is constantly moving - although you wouldn’t notice it - so there is not build up of stuffy, stale air.
Also, with the Brivis central heating system, there are no dangerous heating elements or exposed flames. The units are placed in the roof or outside, well out of harms way.
